Day 10

Hey everyone!

Today is a sunny day in San Sebastian, which I am very grateful for. I think we are going to drive to Bilbao today to see the guggenheim museum,which is VERY exciting!! we will also have some lunch, I think. And tomorrow, we are gonna enjoy the weekend! I want to go to the beach, because it is supposed to be very sunny too. And on Sunday, we are going to lunch with our friends Elisa-Maria, Jose and they’re 2 daughters. I can’t wait!!!

Anyways, I will update on how the guggenheim was.

Day 9

Hi everyone!

Today was a very chill day, me and my mom and my brother made friend-ship bracelets! We also went rock climbing and then went to lunch, which was so good.

Also- if this is my class reading or listening( I doubt it) then I am so embarrassed, but also Hi! I miss all my friends so much, but I will see them all soon.

Anyways, in Spain I have been learning SO MUCH! Math is becoming so much easier and honestly so fun! I have learned so much history,too. I actually have also been doing spanish classes too, so I am getting way better, I can’t wait to show my teachers back in Antigua everything.

day 8

Hi guys! Today I will just tell you about my time in Seville,Spain. We were there with my bestie, Mila her brother and her parents.

well, Seville is GORGEOUS!!! I mean- the interior of a lot of the buildings here is just incredible. The history behind every part of the city is one of my favorite parts. I love learning about what places were like in the olden days- it is so crazy to think about!

While I was here, I went to a flamenco show. It was really,really cool. the dance is so different then most types, and that is what I love about it.(I really want to see more). Also while in seville, we had yummy ice cream, saw cool buildings, ate good food, learned new things, and mostly, just had so much fun together! I really can’t wait to come back.

Day 7

Hi everyone!

I am finally back. I know I haven’t been writing enough but,I have first of all been very busy with classes and also exploring new places every day. These past few days I have been in Seville. But my dad just got here yesterday, so I couldn’t post my writing without his computer.

anyways no time for excuses, let’s get to the fun part!

Seville, wow it is just so pretty. I really have enjoyed my time here, actually! The buildings are so,so cool. The history behind this city is so interesting, I have been learning a lot about flamenco (the dance) and Seville is the perfect place to go if you want to watch good, authentic,beautiful dance of especially that kind. It is just awesome! I cannot wait to see more of the city, and to come back eventually.

Day 6

Hi guys! I cannot believe how late I am posting… I actually tried to during my time in Madrid but only works on my dad’s computer, weirdly.

But I am back and will be posting way more!

Well, I actually LOVED Madrid!! mostly because my best friend was there, but also I really loved the people, and the city itself. Now I want to move there…

One of the days I was there, I went to school with her. It was harder than I’m used to, but it was so much fun! I met her friends, her teachers, And by the way- her school is GIANT! it is literally a Hogwarts 2.0. I also did so much other fun stuff, but I honestly enjoyed every single part. Can’t wait to see Arya again!! Yasssss

Day 5

Hi guys! sorry I am posting a little bit late :)

I got back from France yesterday, and it was SO much fun! two of My favorite things we did was play on the beach, and go to a chocolate factory! If you know me and my family, then you know we all love chocolate. Something I didn’t love about our time in France was that it was sooo cold! Like i had 20 layers of clothing. I also didn’t like when i had a migraine. thank gosh it is over now, because it was very painful!

I am so excited for April 16th, because me and my mom are going to Madrid to visit my bestfriend,Arya!! I haven’t seen her in almost 1 year… So, I am just over the moon! I will definetly try to post every day and keep everyone posted.

Hi Guys! today i will be posting a poem I wrote. It is supposed to be about the beauty of life, its like a meditation on the quiet persistence of life!

Life begins quietly—
not with trumpets,
but with breath.

A small light
finding its way
through the ribs of morning.

It lives in ordinary things:
sunlight resting on a window,
laughter slipping out by accident,
the soft courage of trying again.

It is not always gentle.
Sometimes it arrives as rain,
sometimes as thunder.
But even storms
carry the scent of something growing.

Beauty is not only in the grand—
not only in mountains
or endless skies—
but in hands that hold on,
in eyes that still hope,
in hearts that dare to open.

Life is fragile, yes,
but it is also stubborn.
It blooms in cracked pavement,
sings in the dark,
and leans,always toward the dark.

Day 3

Hi everyone! Today was a really fun day. I woke up early and me, my brother, my dad and our friends went on a hike. It was about 5 hours of walking…( which is way too much!!) we saw so many pretty views, and we also had yummy lunch. I got home a little bit ago, and i think we are going to the same friends house to have dinner and watch a movie. I am really excited! I am also super excited for tomorrow because we are going to France! which is so cool. I will keep everyone posted! ( I will put a picture of the hike below)

Day 2

Hi everyone! I woke up this morning excited, because we have fun plans for today. There was a cute bird right out my window singing this morning, I’m not sure why, but it made feel happy, it made me feel like I’m going to have a great day. I think we are going to see our good friends Elisa-Maria, Jose and their two little kids. Then we are probably going to the aquarium with our other friends. Nico, Luca, Amanda, and Matt. Then, we are supposed to go to dinner with them. I am so excited because we are probably going to get Japanese, (my personal favorite). I am wearing my new outfit that i got with my mom yesterday. We got on a bus, and headed to one of my favorite stores, Zara. I got a really cute jacket, a pretty top, and the cutest white blouse. I am really happy i got to go, especially with my mama. I love how we get to just hop on a bus and just fly around town. it is way better than having to drive a car everywhere, speaking of cars I have seen barely any! And I love it. There is literally no traffic at all, unlike Antigua where there is always traffic.

I am so happy I got the opportunity to come here with my family.

Day 1

Today was my first day writing my blog, which feels kinda exciting and also a little weird.

So far, San Sebastián is really, really pretty. The beach is probably my favorite part — it looks like something from a movie. The water, the sand, and even just walking around there feels calm and happy. The town is also super nice, with lots of little streets and cool buildings.

And the food… honestly, it’s SO good. Everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious (which might be dangerous because I want to eat all the time).

I don’t know everything about this place yet, but my first impression is that I already really like it here, and I’m excited to see more!
